1. Quality Assurance
We aim to ensure that all content delivered meets your expectations in terms of quality, relevance, and accuracy. If you are not satisfied with the work provided, you may request revisions within 7 days of delivery. We will make the necessary adjustments to meet your requirements at no extra cost.
2. Revision Policy
If the content does not align with the brief or the agreed-upon scope of work, we offer 2 rounds of free revisions within 7 days from the date of delivery. After that, additional revisions may incur a small fee based on the complexity of the changes.
3. Refunds
We want to ensure that our clients are happy with their content. However, due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided once the project is initiated or the content has been delivered. If a refund is requested after delivery, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and, in certain circumstances, may offer partial refunds based on the work completed up until that point.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel the project before work begins, you can do so and receive a full refund. Once the content writing process has begun or content has been delivered, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the final product. We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably.
