We agree to provide content based on the project brief, within the agreed scope, deadlines, and the pricing discussed with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate project briefs, guidelines, and relevant materials necessary for the completion of the content. Any delay in providing these materials may affect the timeline of content delivery.

4. Project Scope & Deliverables

All projects and deliverables will be outlined in a contract or agreement prior to starting the work. The scope of the project includes the number of words, content type, style, and specific requirements. Any additional services requested after the work has started may incur additional fees.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Our pricing is typically ₹4000 per 1000 words (or the equivalent in AUD, GBP, or SGD as agreed upon).
  • Payment Method: Payments must be made via [bank transfer, PayPal, etc.] as agreed before the work begins. A 50% advance may be required for larger projects, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before delivery of the final work.
  • Late Payment: If the final payment is delayed, the delivery of content may be postponed. A late payment fee may apply for payments overdue by more than 7 days.

6. Revisions

We offer 2 rounds of revisions for free within 7 days after the delivery of the content. Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra charges based on the complexity and time required. If the content does not meet the initial brief or scope, we will work with the client to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Copyright and Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will hold ownership of the final content produced. However, Kajal Sirohi Content Writing Services reserves the right to use excerpts of the content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Content Use: The client is granted full rights to use the content created for the intended purpose, such as on websites, blogs, and other marketing materials.
  • Copyright: We ensure that the content is 100% original and free from plagiarism. We also provide plagiarism reports upon request.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information provided by the client (including business details, project materials, and any confidential data) will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

9. Cancellations

Clients can cancel the project before work has started and will receive a full refund. If the project has already begun, cancellation will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. If content has been delivered, cancellations or refunds will not be provided.

10. Refunds

Refunds are not provided once the project has started or content has been delivered. If a dispute arises, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the content to discuss any concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues or offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality content, Kajal Sirohi Content Writing Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our content or services. The client is solely responsible for how the content is used after delivery.

12. Amendments to Terms

Kajal Sirohi Content Writing Services reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the new terms will apply to all future transactions once updated on the website.
